TP280 Track - Safety and innovation

The brand new TP 280 Track comes with a Danfoss remote control. This means that the operator does not have to stand on the chipper, but can instead walk safely beside it and direct it appropriately around the terrain.

TP's TP 280 Track tracked wood chipper has a ground clearance of 25 cm. This allows it to drive over uneven terrain with ease. The track spacing can be adjusted for safe manoeuvring, including ‘sideways’ on slopes. All hoses are tucked away and protected, increasing reliability over time.

The TP 280 Track can operate on slopes up to 30 degrees and is equipped with a Stage V 4-cylinder Hatz engine with 74 hp. The combination of ‘clean’ diesel and 74 hp means the chipper doesn't just give up. It just does more than most.

The new TP 280 Track comes with many features. They run with TP Pilot+, which ensures a good working environment for the operator with the option to select low noise levels with Range Control and Low Noise functions. Optional extras include remote control of the infeed if the chipper needs to be fed by machine, tow hook, toolbox, hydraulic winch and a winch to secure the machine when working on slopes.
